Episode 6: The Drillcast

This week we had to battle through the drill noises as rooms around mine were being renovated. We started with our opinions on the Xbox One, followed by some talk about Steam Trading Card Beta, Dota 2 East Qualifiers before discussing what we had been playing which turned out to be The Sims 3 University, Don’t Starve & Reus (again) as well as a Pokemon MMO. After a short interlude we returned to talk about all things video gamey and charactery in relation too our top 3 favorite game characters. overall this episode while longer then usual was a little more light-hearted and contained Wrex.

Episode 5: Real Life is a Pretty Good Game

Nevill forgot to wash his clothes so he could not make it again this week, so alas we continued to talk about the video games specifically whats happening in Dota 2 this week, so international qualifiers, pyrion flax announcer pack and such. following that we discussed what we played this week which only included Dota 2, Game Dev Tycoon, Reus & GeoGuessr. We end on our 3 favorite maps from multiplayer games, overall not a bad episode 8/10 not Wrex.

Episode 3: Are Video Games Art?

We return just a mere week later fresh with an introduction to NRC196 as well as what we have been playing where while nevill and nib have been not playing anything noteworthy we discuss Soulcalibur V, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, more stories from Dota 2 and fez which sparks a passion filled discussion on whether video games are art where we cite examples such as Super Meat Boy, Mass Effect and The Walking Dead. we end with a bit of news relating to Elder Titan, Kaipi, GTA V and Valve Games on Linux...

The interlude music this week is the chapter 3 cutscene score from SMB

Episode 2: Krogan Battlemaster

The returning episode after a month of waiting and we now have a much higher quality mic. In this episode we introduce the composer of our theme song Church of Atheism (Tom McElhinney) and we discuss the things we have played ranging from Dota 2, Europa Universalis III, Civilization  IV, SoulCalibur V, Company of Heroes 2 Beta, Warcraft III Mods, Don't Starve and a touch of Minecraft. we also discuss the International 3, Skywrath Mage and E3.

Episode 1: Pilot

In this episode we introduce hugamuga (Hugo), nibwoddle (Harry), Nevill as well as discuss some Mass Effect 3 DLC, League of Legends, Civilization V, DLC Quest, Sim City and we end with a bit of news discussion, and talk about the latest DotA patch. As a warning I regret to inform being the first episode the audio quality is horrendous, truly a pain to listen too but next time we will have a proper mic and you will be able to hear our dinkum Aussie accents in full clarity.
